San Diego Latino Film Festival Celebrates 20 Years!

On February 21, 2013 the San Diego Latino Film Festival held a media kick-off party at Gang Kitchen located downtown at 345 6th Avenue. Guests enjoyed live music, appetizers and a free drink. Tijuana Mayor, Carlos Bustamante Anchondo was in attendance to help kick off the 20th anniversary celebration. In addition to new works, SDLFF will be bringing back their list of the top 10 groundbreaking and influential films from the past two decades. Relive your favorites on the big screen. The films included are Nostalgia de la Luz (Chile), Cronos (Mexico), Fresa y Chocolate (Cuba), Desperado (Mexico), Abre los Ojos (Spain), Central do Brasil (Brazil), Todo Sobre Mi Madre (Spain), Amores Perros (Mexico), Y Tú Mamá También (Mexico), and Ciudade de Deus (Brazil).
